How To Use Our Services
Step 1.
Register. To use our services please register first. This is necessary to create a customer number.The number is used for control purposes only. There is no charge to register. Step 2.
Find the item or items you want to buy. There are several Search Engines available to assist you. Or you can use our Personal Shopping Service (PSS) to find what you want. There is no charge for this service, just tell us what we are looking for. We purchase from all websites located in the US. If you are doing your own search make sure your computer settings enable you to search US websites. Step 3.
If you are using our PSS go to our Buy and Ship Form. Provide as much information as possible. Things like Description, Catalog Number, SKU (Stock Keeping Unit), any other numbers that look like they mean something, and include Price. If you only want us to ship an item use Ship Only form. Too much information is often better than too little and don't forget to indicate your method of payment at the bottom of the form. |
Step 4.
We process your order and create an invoice which is emailed to you. Check it out and make sure everything is OK. You will have the option to cancel the invoice or pay it. The sooner we receive your payment the sooner we can proceed with your order. Step 5.
We purchase your item or items and track for delivery progress. When received we check order for correctness and ship to you. We will send you an email with tracking number and a link to the carrier. If we are receiving your items from more than one vendor we can hold items until all received and consolidate into one shipment or we can ship individually. Your choice. Invoices.
We use different invoices for different methods of payment. If you are paying with Plastic or PayPal you will receive an email invoice with a 'Pay Now' button linked to either our Credit Card Processor or to PayPal. If you are paying with Bitcoin you will receive an email invoice with a 'Pay Now' button linked to our Bitcoin Processor. If you are paying with Cash you will receive an email invoice with a link to MoneyGram and instructions on how to send your payment. |

Return Policy
If we are purchasing items on your behalf from various vendors any return requests have to be in compliance with the vendors return policy. We will consider all return requests but will not accept frivolous returns. By frivolous we mean "buyers remorse", or "I don't like the color" etc. etc. What you ordered is what you get.
For returns do the following:
1. Damaged items - If the package is damaged take photos before opening. Then open the package and examine contents and if the item you have purchased is also damaged take photos.
2. Lost Shipment - A determination has to be made as to whether the package is actually lost or delayed. If a tracking number was issued for your shipment use that tracking number to locate the last position of your package.
To make a claim send an email to returns@yourwebpass.com. In the subject line type 'return' and your customer number. In the message provide a description of the damage with as much information as you can and make an attachment of photos if applicable. We will do a due diligence investigation into your claim. Do not return any items until we issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
In line with normal business practice return shipping charges must be paid by the customer. If the return is because of an error by YourWebPass you will receive a refund of those shipping charges.
