When you request Yourwebpass to buy anything from any US website we use our Personal Shopping Service. This service is also known by other companies as Concierge Service, Buying Service or what ever else they want to call it. Our service is available to assist customers who need purchase and shipping solutions and is provided free of charge. To avoid any confusion or misunderstanding the Service is Free but you pay for items we buy on your behalf. We do not mark-up purchases. You pay what we pay.

These discounted shipping rates are passed on to you the customer with no mark-up. You pay what we pay. When we know what we are buying for you we provide a selection of shipping charges for you to choose from. The differences will most likely be delivery times which will affect the rate.
We can ship your purchases with UPS or FEDEX if requested but the cost may be higher.

Some carriers provide free insurance up to $100.00 of coverage. Above that amount you pay and there are restrictions which we can advise you on. We can provide insurance for customers who want to protect their purchases. The insurance costs $0.45 per $100.00 to be insured for domestic shipments and $0.75 per $100.00 to be insured for international shipments. This insurance covers up to $5,000.00 per package except for USPS First Class Mail which is limited to $1,000.00 per package. If you need more coverage contact us for a quote. Inspect for damage and correctness.
Photos of purchased items emailed to customer.
Repack to reduce size of package when necessary to save on shipping charges.
Consolidate several packages into a single shipment to save on shipping charges.
Any other necessary handling prior to shipping.
Customs Declaration Forms and Commercial Invoices prepared.
Storage no charge for 90 days. After that by arrangement.

Cash Purchases.
When you need to pay for our services by cash, MoneyGram is our virtual cash. We do not charge for this service. However MoneyGram charge a Transfer Fee. This fee is calculated by the agent and is payable at the time funds are transferred. Our only involvement in the transaction is to receive the cash you are sending.
